Oktoberfest

Did you know that Oktoberfest is the world’s largest fair with more than 6 million people attending Munich every year and maybe not so surprisingly that about 7 million liters of beer are drunk. It seems to me that there are two essential ingredients for any good Oktoberfest celebration – PORK and BEER.  So just in case you want to get in on the action, here’s a couple of ideas to help you celebrate with family and friends.
