Recipe: Apple, Cucumber and Mint Salsa

Ingredients: 1 green apple, chopped 1 Lebanese cucumber, finely diced 1/4 bunch coriander, chopped 1/4 cup mint, chopped 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 2 tsp honey Method: Mix all ingredients together in a bowl Best served with pasture fed pork cutlets but will also work well with a juicy scotch fillet steak.
