Recipe: Apple, Cucumber and Mint Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 1 green apple, chopped
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, finely diced
  • 1/4 bunch coriander, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mint, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp honey

Method:

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
Best served with pasture fed pork cutlets but will also work well with a juicy scotch fillet steak.
