Recipe: Homemade Taco Seasoning

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp dried mixed Italian herbs
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chilli powder (or to taste)

Method

  • Combine spices in a bowl and store in airtight jar ready for use.  Feel free to double recipe for more meals or give a jar to a friend as a gift.
  • Use 2-3 tbsp per 500g mince.
  • Can be used with chicken or beef.
