Clean Eating Programs

It seems these days that it doesn’t matter where you look there is a new eating program for you to try.  We are bombarded with information about what to eat and it can be confusing and overwhelming when you are trying to do the right thing by your family.

My personal thoughts are that as long as you are eating lots of vegies, grass fed quality meat, wild fish, eggs, nuts & seeds and healthy fats like avocados then you’ll be firing on all cylinders.

I see a lot of our market customers come in with a shopping list for an eating program they are undertaking.  I find this admirable that someone is making a conscious decision to improve the way they and their family eats.  I’m sure you’ve heard of Paleo, Keto, LCHF, Mediterranean, I Quit Sugar, Gluten Free, GAPS, FODMAPS, Gut Healing Protocol, Body Ecology, Dukan Diet, 5:2 or even Intermittent Fasting.

The catalyst for that change is different for everyone.  It might be a new book they’ve read, an encounter with a chef, a workshop, health concerns or from researching better ways to eat.  As long as its a reliable and trusted source then its a great way to affect change in yourself.

We’ve seen them all so let us know what program you are following and we’ll do our best to suggest the right good quality, clean protein source for your meal plan.
