Katsu sauce is a sweet tangy condiment that goes perfectly with crispy Chicken Schnitzel. This sauce is 4 simple ingredients that you’ll find in your pantry.
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
- Combine all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- This can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one month.
- So cook up your chicken schnitzel and serve with cabbage, a lemon wedge and a side of katsu sauce.
