Slow Cook BBQ Beef Short Ribs

Ingredients:

  • 1-2kg Grass Fed Beef Short Ribs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 150g tomato paste
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp salt

Method:

  • Preheat slow cooker to low.
  • Add all ingredients except ribs to slow cooker and stir until brown sugar dissolves.
  • Place ribs in slow cooker and stir to coat.
  • Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes.
