Zesty Chicken Marinade

Looking for a way to add some zing to your chicken dishes? Look no further! Our zesty orange and garlic marinade is the perfect way to elevate your chicken breasts to the next level. With bright citrus and savory garlic, this marinade infuses your chicken with incredible flavor, leaving it juicy and tender. So, grab some chicken breasts and let’s get started!

Ingredients:

  • 2 oranges juiced and zested
  • 2 gloves garlic, grated
  • 1 tbsp Italian herbs
  • 1 tsp salt & pepper

Method:

  1. Juice and zest your oranges
  2. Add your garlic, herbs, salt and pepper and give it a stir.
  3. Place your chicken breast in a glass container with a lid.
  4. Pour over your zesty orange marinade.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours but better overnight.
  6. Place chicken breast in your roasting dish and cook for 20-25 mins.
  7. Serve with salad or roasted vegies.
