- Extra large floret of broccoli (approx 8 cups)
- small red onion, finely chopped
- 300g Pasture Fed Free Range Bacon
- 1/2 cup craisins (cranberries) or raisins
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup mayo or sour cream or kefir yoghurt
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp honey
- salt and pepper to taste
- Place salad ingredients in large bowl.
- Place dressing ingredients in a jar and mix thoroughly.
- When ready to serve add dressing to salad and mix well.
- Salad and dressing can be made day before and kept separately in the fridge until ready to serve.
