Ingredients:
- 600g turkey mince
- ¾ cup oats or quinoa flakes
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 ½ celery stalks, finely chopped
- ½ zucchini, grated
- ½ carrot, grated
- 1 egg, lightly whisked
Method:
- Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees.
- Grease muffin tins.
- Add all ingredients to bowl and mix well. Portion into muffin tins.
- Bake for 40 minutes and serve with mash and greens.
